Define the equipment requirement before supplier search
Industrial equipment purchasing should begin with capacity, application, materials, power requirements, layout, control needs, spare parts, and destination market requirements.
Do not rely only on product photos
Photos can show appearance, but they rarely prove suitability. Ask for technical parameters, videos, drawings, component lists, testing information, and references to similar equipment types without relying on invented case claims.
Compare supplier capability
Evaluate whether the supplier understands your application, answers technical questions clearly, and can provide realistic delivery and support information.
Confirm quality checkpoints
Define inspection and testing points before production. For machinery, this may include appearance, configuration, running test, packing, spare parts list, voltage, and documentation.
Control export communication
Confirm packing dimensions, gross weight, loading plan, documents, shipping term, and delivery timing. Export coordination problems can create delays even when the product is ready.
